Our Mission: |
The aim of KarssCom is to exceed the needs of our customers and ensure that they are always
satisfied with the standard and quality of our workmanship
We help customers to improve their
profitability and increase the quality of their products
 |
Our Key Criteria: |
Reliable - We respond quickly to our customers and
ensure that their concerns and needs are addressed punctually
Professional - We pride ourselves on our behaviour, advice and
delivery
Efficient - Our engineers will work unsupervised
and in a composed manner to ensure a streamlined completion of each and
every project
Precise - All of our formal quotations are
itemised and explained showing our customers exactly where each cost
implication arises and why it exists
Practical - Our control systems are designed specifically for each
application, to the exact requirements, and to budget
 |
Our Application Experience: |
Our engineers have undertaken
interesting assignments for many global companies. Some of the end users
of our engineers' application construction talents are featured below

|
 |

|
First,
we neither employ agents, a large sales force to sell
our products or invest vast amounts in marketing. This
means we can keep our operating costs to a minimum. This
allows us to concentrate on passing the benefits on
directly to our customers.
Second, we are not constrained by having to pay
any third party software developers which again allows us to pass
on the benefits to our customers.
Third, we recognize that too often price becomes
the dominating factor in securing contracts. We believe
that by removing this barrier or restriction that the
most important determining factor is highlighted,
QUALITY.
