KarssCom ensure their client is totally comfortable with the system provided. Our usual approach is to combine a classroom tutorial along with hands on system training usually based on the particular site location.
 

Our training particulars generally consist of system specification, as fitted drawings, operational manuals, hardware and software overview and a site specific training matrix.

The training session is usually conducted by the Project Engineer responsible for the system along with technical support from specialists as and when required.
